Celestial Arc (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) respects Your privacy and is committed to protecting Your Personal Data. This Privacy Policy explains how We collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information when You use the Tarot Forest mobile game, website, or related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, You acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If You do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Service.

1. Interpretation and Definitions

For purposes of this Privacy Policy:

• “Application” means the Celestial Arc mobile app.
• “Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” means Dreaminfinitybrand88.
• “Country” means South Africa, where the Company is based.
• “Device” means any device capable of accessing the Service, including a mobile phone, tablet, or computer.
• “Personal Data” or “Personal Information” means information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.
• “Service” means the Application, website, and related services.
• “Service Provider” means a third party that processes information on Our behalf.
• “Usage Data” means information collected automatically through use of the Service.
• “You” means the person using the Service.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Voluntarily Provide

Celestial Arc does not require users to create an account to use the app. We may receive limited information that You voluntarily provide, for example when You contact support, submit feedback, or enter a name or alias for the cusps feature.

2.2 Usage, Device, Advertising and Diagnostic Data

Depending on the features and third-party SDKs enabled in the current version of the Application, the Service may collect or receive:

• IP address and approximate location derived from IP address or other technical information
• browser type and version, where the website version is used
• device identifiers and mobile operating system information
• advertising identifiers, where permitted by the device and applicable law
• app usage, gameplay progress, interactions, and session information
• country or region
• crash reports, diagnostic information, and performance information

• time and date of access and pages or features visited
• information required by any non-advertising third-party services that are actually enabled in the current version of the Application

2.3 Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect

Celestial Arc does not require users to provide their real name, date of birth, home address, telephone number, precise GPS location, contacts, photographs, microphone recordings, or payment-card information in order to use the app.

3. Cookies, SDKs and Similar Technologies

The website and Application may use cookies, software development kits (SDKs), analytics tools, local storage, device identifiers, and similar technologies to operate the Service, remember preferences, analyze performance and usage, maintain security, and diagnose crashes. No advertisements are currently being displayed in the Celestial Arc mobile application.

Where required by applicable law, We or Our relevant service providers will request consent before using non-essential cookies or similar technologies.

4. Google Play Data Safety and Third-Party SDKs

Google Play requires developers to accurately disclose data practices in the Google Play Data Safety section. Celestial Arc will keep its Google Play Data Safety declarations consistent with the actual data practices and third-party SDKs used in the published version of the Application. Because advertising is not currently enabled, the current version of the Application does not use advertising SDKs for the purpose of displaying ads.

Depending on the version and configuration of the Service, third-party services may include Google Play Services, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Base44, or other hosting/service providers used to operate the Service. Google AdMob is not currently being used to display advertisements in the current version of the Application.

Third-party SDKs may independently collect technical, advertising, analytics, or diagnostic information as described by their own privacy policies. We are responsible for accurately declaring third-party data collection and sharing in Google Play Console to the extent required by Google Play.

5. How We Use Information

• to provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Service
• to save gameplay progress and preferences where those features are enabled
• to improve gameplay, functionality, performance, and user experience
• to provide customer support and respond to communications
• to monitor crashes, diagnose technical problems, and improve reliability
• to prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats
• to comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms
• to support any advertising functionality only if advertising is introduced in a future version, subject to an updated Privacy Policy and Google Play disclosures
• to perform analytics and understand how users interact with the Service

• to evaluate or complete a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or transfer of assets where applicable

6. Advertising – No Ads Currently Active

Current advertising status: Celestial Arc is currently released without in-app advertisements. No ads are currently being served through Google AdMob or another advertising SDK in the current build.

No advertisements are currently displayed in the Celestial Arc mobile application. Google AdMob is therefore not currently being used by the Application to serve advertisements. If advertising is introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy and the applicable Google Play Data Safety declarations will be reviewed and updated before or when that version is released.

Because advertising is not currently active, Celestial Arc does not currently use the Application to serve personalized advertisements.

Celestial Arc does not sell Personal Information for monetary compensation to third parties. If advertising or advertising-related services are introduced in the future, the relevant data practices and applicable privacy disclosures will be updated.

7. Analytics and Crash Reporting

If enabled in the published version, Firebase Analytics may be used to understand app usage and improve the Service, while Firebase Crashlytics may be used to diagnose crashes and technical problems. These services may process device, usage, diagnostic, and performance information in accordance with their respective policies.

8. AI-Generated Content and Tarot Readings

Celestial Arc t uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to assist with certain tarot reading text, educational or entertainment content, and artwork. Some content may be generated in advance and some reading content may be generated in response to game results or cards selected by the player.

Celestial Arc does not intentionally request or require sensitive personal information to generate a tarot reading. Where the AI feature uses selected tarot cards, game results, or other non-identifying game inputs, those inputs may be processed to generate the requested reading.

If a future version of the Service sends Personal Data or other user-provided content to an external AI provider, this Privacy Policy will be updated before or when that processing is introduced to describe the relevant categories of data, purposes, and third-party processing.

AI-generated readings and artwork are provided for entertainment, self-reflection, and creative purposes. They are not professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice.

9. Sharing of Personal Information

We may share information only as reasonably necessary for the operation of the Service, legal compliance, or purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including:

• Service providers such as hosting, infrastructure, analytics, crash-reporting, advertising, and platform providers.
• Google Play Services and Google AdMob, where used.
• Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, where used.
• Base44 or other technology/hosting providers, where used.
• Authorities or other parties where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or the Service.
• Parties involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets, where applicable.
• Other parties where You have provided consent, where consent is the applicable legal basis.

We do not sell, rent, or trade Personal Information in the ordinary operation of Celestial Arc.

10. Affiliate Links and External Websites

Celestial Arc may contain links to external websites, products, services, advertisements, affiliate offers, or promotional content operated by third parties. If You click an affiliate link and complete a qualifying purchase or action, Celestial Arc may receive a commission or referral fee at no additional cost to You.

Third-party websites are not controlled by Celestial Arc . We are not responsible for their privacy practices, content, products, services, or offers. Please review the privacy policy and terms of any third-party service before providing information or making a purchase.

11. Legal Bases for Processing

Where applicable, including for users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, or other jurisdictions with similar requirements, We process Personal Data only where a lawful basis exists, which may include:

• Your consent
• performance of a contract or provision of the Service
• compliance with legal obligations
• legitimate interests such as security, fraud prevention, analytics, and Service improvement

Where consent is the legal basis, You may withdraw consent where permitted by applicable law. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.

12. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including operation of the Service, security, analytics, support, legal compliance, and dispute resolution.

Because Celestial Arc does not require an account to play, retention periods depend on the type of information and the system that processes it. Where applicable, support requests, analytics data, crash diagnostics, and server logs may be retained for a limited period necessary for the relevant purpose. Information may be deleted, anonymized, or securely archived when no longer required, subject to legal and technical backup requirements.

13. International Data Transfers

Information may be processed or stored in countries outside Your country of residence because Our service providers may operate internationally. Where required by applicable law, We will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

14. Your Privacy Rights and Data Deletion

Depending on Your location and applicable law, You may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or request portability of Personal Data, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain advertising or sharing activities.

You may request deletion of Personal Information associated with support communications, voluntarily provided leaderboard information, gameplay-related information where identifiable, or other Personal Data that We control by contacting Us at the email address below. We will process requests in accordance with applicable law and may need to verify the request to prevent unauthorized deletion.

If advertising is introduced in a future version, advertising identifiers and related advertising preferences may be managed through the device operating system or the relevant third-party provider, where applicable.

15. South Africa – POPIA

If You are located in South Africa, Personal Information may be protected under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA). Tarot Forest is committed to processing Personal Information lawfully, fairly, and transparently and to taking reasonable measures to protect it.

Subject to applicable law, You may have the right to:

• request access to Personal Information
• request correction or deletion of inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information
• object to certain processing activities
• withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
• request destruction or deletion where permitted by law
• lodge a complaint with the South African Information Regulator

16. California Privacy Rights

If You are a California resident, applicable California privacy laws may provide rights concerning the collection, use, disclosure, deletion, correction, or sharing of Personal Information. Celestial Arc does not sell Personal Information for monetary compensation. Certain advertising or analytics practices may nevertheless constitute “sharing” under California law.

California residents may contact Us to exercise applicable rights. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and may verify requests before responding.

17. Children’s Privacy

Celestial Arc is not specifically directed toward children under 13 and is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent where such consent is required by law.

If You are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided Personal Data to Celestial Arc , please contact Us so that We can review the information and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.

If Your Google Play target-audience selection includes children, additional Google Play Families requirements apply to the app, its SDKs, advertising, and data practices. Celestial Arc will configure advertising and other SDKs to comply with those requirements where applicable.

18. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Personal Data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, misuse, or destruction. However, no Internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

19. Automated Decision-Making

Celestial Arc does not use Personal Data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on users.

20. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes are made, We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of the Policy. Significant changes may also be communicated through the Service or other appropriate means where required.

22. Important Google Play Compliance Note

This Privacy Policy is intended to describe the data practices of Celestial Arc for Google Play transparency. The Google Play Data Safety form must still be completed accurately in Play Console, including data collected or shared by third-party SDKs. The declarations should match the exact SDKs, permissions, advertising configuration, and backend services included in the published APK/AAB.

If the published build changes its use of AdMob, Firebase, Base44, analytics, AI services, account systems, permissions, advertising, or other data-processing technology, this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data Safety declaration should be reviewed and updated accordingly. In particular, if advertisements are enabled in a future release, the Google Play “Contains ads” declaration and relevant data disclosures must be updated.
